Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Incorrect shipping information

Incorrect address

If you provide an incorrect or incomplete address, your order may be delayed or returned.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or stolen packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
