Shake well before use. Measure 1–2 teaspoons, swish gently for 1–5 minutes, then spit and rinse with water. For best results use after waking up, after your first meal, and before bed.

Place one tablet in your mouth, chew briefly, take a small sip of water, swish for 30–60 seconds, then spit. No measuring or pouring needed.
